Trademark of?

Hmmm.. I wonder whom you got this 'pose' from? Lots of things could have gone into your mouth.

It will get better

We survived the first week of being alone with the both of us back in clinicals.

It was the first time 'D', your nursery carer took you home. This is a new 'arrangement' if both of us cannot pick you up in time. Think you took it a little badly in the beginning of the week as you kept crying and refused to bathe or sleep. You also kept waking up in the middle of the night. My heart broke one night when you woke up screaming and could not be consoled. I'm not sure what happened but you did sleep again in the end. Thankfully you were always your cheerful self in the morning, still hug and kiss us 'bye-bye', and you slept through again last night. My reassurances. I think you have adjusted.

OCD in the making

I was surprised when I came home one day and saw all our shoes (normally 2-3 pairs that we wear all the time just left outside the door) piled up above our shoe rack. So, I asked Richard if the cleaner has come to clean the common area. Imagine my shock when he said this is the work of our son.

I also notice that you always 'repark' your walker, is very meticulous about putting your socks in your shoes and then putting the shoes under the cupboard, and always put your jacket away. Your nursery carers have also commented that you don't quite like 'messy play' when things are on your hands, and you totally dislike bath bubbles!! This is to the extent of you crying when you see bubbles on your hands or body :) Hhhmm... I wonder where you learn all this 'neatness' and 'cleanliness' from? It may not be a very good thing..

Playgrounds

You had your first ride in a coin operated machine - Stuart Little. You did not seem too fascinated by it and was more interested in pressing the 'flashing' button at the bottom.

As you grow older, you enjoy the play ground more and more. You excitedly go from one 'ride' to another. You love the swings, slide, and any ride that goes round and round.

Must be the 'age' that made your daddy giddy before you

Family reunion

It was good to be able to spend CNY with all my sisters and parents. We had so many dinners.

Shopping

What an easy way to keep you entertained while we were out shopping, as long as there's one of us to watch over you. You hate going into the shops and will cry the moment we step into one. Definitely not a shopaholic. The pram was also a waste as you will not sit in it. We have stopped bringing it out for some time now. It does leave us with a lot more boot space for the shopping :)

CNY traditional costume

Popo and Gong Gong bought over your special CNY outfit. As this will be the only year you can fit into it, the kiasu us made you wear it out 3 times, in slightly different styles
